This page outlines our terms and conditions.

Goods supplied are subject to the following terms and conditions. Both parties must expressly agree in writing to any variations.

•  Hexhold Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

•  All items shown are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Hexhold endeavours to deliver all goods within seven days of acceptance of your payment in full. If we are unable to deliver at the time stated, due to the event of fire, breakdown of machinery or unforeseen cause over which we have no control, at your option you may accept a revised delivery date. Alternatively you may cancel your order, in which case a full refund will be provided.

All goods are sold and services rendered on condition that no liability attaches to us beyond replacing. Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days starting the day after receipt of the goods.

A full refund will be issued on receipt of the returned goods if unused and undamaged.

•  No extra charge is made for Credit/Debit card payments.

For customers with established credit our terms are 30 days after receipt of goods

•  All prices shown are in sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

(5) Title of goods does not pass until payment is made in full.

(6) We will not be liable for any injury that occurs through misuse of product,

including but not limiting to failing to isolate any electrical supply or using in conjunction with a power tool or any injury that occurs through not adhering to product information as specified on usage instructions.

(7) Any financial loss, that the customer may incur as a result of late delivery, will not be admitted as the subject of a claim against us.

(8) The intellectual property rights in and relating to the product (including but not limited to any registered design rights) shall remain the exclusive property of Hexhold Ltd and the customer shall not at any time make any unauthorised use of such intellectual property rights, nor authorise or permit any other person to do so and the customer shall indemnify and keep indemnified Hexhold Limited against all losses, damages, costs, claims, demands, liabilities and expenses awarded against or incurred by Hexhold in connection with the unauthorised use of any intellectual property rights in the product by the customer.

(10) Guarantee:

In addition to your statutory rights Hexhold offer a five-year replacement guarantee on product failure provided the product has been used in accordance with the recommended guidelines.
